Jason Cliff Olson, 39, of La Crosse, WI (formerly of Taylor, WI), passed away on May 9, 2020 at his home in La Crosse, WI. Jason was born on April 17, 1981, son of Elvie and Mary (Duncan) Olson in Black River Falls, WI. Jason was raised on the Pete Coulee family farm in Taylor and graduated from Blair-Taylor High School. After high school, Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts from UW Lacrosse. He was an avid action figure and comic book collector. He specialized in “Masters of the Universe”. His best friend, Sylvester Stalone, went with him everywhere. Jason is survived by his parents, Mary and LeRoy George; sisters, Teresa Rose and Brenda (John) Emerson; nieces, Danielle (Timothy), Alexandra (Dakota); nephews, Bo (Kristal) and Catlin (Terri); and many numerous friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Elvie Olson, and a brother, Mark Rose. Private family visitation will be held at Jensen-Modjeski Funeral Home in Hixton, WI. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Taylor, WI. Jensen-Modjeski Funeral Home of Hixton, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
