Hill and Rosie Mascagni Hill. <br /><br />David served in the Army National Guard of Mississippi.<br /><br />His usual occupation was with the US GYPSUM factory in Greenville. <br /><br />He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Jena Hill; a daughter, Rhonda Harper; and a brother, Robert Hill.<br /><br />He is survived by two children; Tammie Hill (Johnny) Turner of Hernando and Michael (Donnell) Hill of Byhalia; two sisters Susie Brumley of Texas and Joyce Boykin of Greenville; three brothers, Tommy Hill and James Hill of Greenville, and Randy Hill of Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.<br /><br />Visitation will be 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 at Mortimer Funeral Home. <br /><br />Funeral will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 at Mortimer Funeral Home.<br /><br />Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Mortimer Funeral Home.<br /><br />Register online at www.mortimerfh.com or Mortimer Funeral Home on Facebook.<br /><br />

Service Details

David Charles Hill, 69, formerly of Greenville, left this life on January 15th, 2017 at Baptist Hospital East in Memphis, Tennessee, with his family by his side.

He was born July 31st, 1947 in Greenwood, the son of Joe B. Hill and Rosie Mascagni Hill.

David served in the Army National Guard of Mississippi.
