Patricia “Patsy” Spratlin, 83, of Cheyenne died January 14th at Davis Hospice. She was born July 23, 1933 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Patsy was a member of the Red Hat Ladies. She is survived by her three children, Edward Spratlin of Evans, Colorado, Debbie (Daniel) Przymus and Pamela Turley, all of Cheyenne; two sisters, Maxine Romsa and Rose Redding; three grandchildren, Christopher Przymus, Shawn Przymus, and Brooke Dodgson and two great-grandchildren, Gabby and P.J. Dodgson. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Noel Spratlin; parents, John and Eva Phillips; Son, John Spratlin, and a grandson, Jon E. Spratlin. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
