Mason Eric Farnsworth

Mason Eric Farnsworth, Age 16, passed away unexpectedly in an automobile incident in Longmont, Co on April 23, 2020. He was born June 3rd, 2003 in Glenwood Springs, Co. to Scott Farnsworth and April Rasmussen. He resided in Longmont and attended Longmont and Olde Columbine High Schools. Friends and family describe Mason as funny, supportive, and a bright light to all who knew him. Mason was a fan of the Denver Broncos and enjoyed many outdoor activities including football, longboarding, and boating. He had a passion for all things automotive including Jeeps and Hotrods. Mason used his creativity when drawing and making Gundam models. Mason joins his maternal grandparents Richard and Myredith LaMothe, and paternal Grandfather Craig Farnsworth, as well as, his Uncle Glenn and Aunt Geraldine Joy in Heaven. He is survived by his parents April Rasmussen, Scott Farnsworth, and stepmother Tracey Corts. Mason leaves behind his paternal Grandmother, Barbara Farnsworth, two brothers, Jeremy Rasmussen and Logan Farnsworth, as well as, step siblings Austin and Aimee Corts. Extended family to include Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and others whose lives Mason has touched. Mason will be laid to rest at Foothills Garden of Memory on May 7th, 2020 at 11am. Friends, family, and others mourning his loss are asked to join us following the interment for a "revolving" celebration of life at 11595 Quail Rd, Longmont Co, 80501 from 1- 3 pm.(Covid-19 regulations require a maximum of 10 people at gatherings. Please be patient as the patrons rotate).
