Duane Holmes, 70, of Crofton, KY died at 8:01 a.m. Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of the arrangements. A native of Hopkins County, KY he was born December 31, 1949 the son of Susie Cartwright of Madisonville, KY and the late Charles Derwood Holmes. He was a deer farmer. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother: Glenn Holmes. Survivors in addition to his mother include his son: Brad Holmes of Crofton, KY; his daughters: Kimberly Calloway of Yorba Linda, CA and Karrie Gaines of Bowling Green, KY; his sisters: Joanne Frailey of Smyrna, TN and Charlotte Holmes of Madisonville, KY; and several grandchildren.Obituary
