Wilma L. Hendrix

Wilma L. (Ward) Hendrix, 89, of Rensselaer, Indiana, and formerly of Evansville, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at the Rensselaer Care Center. Wilma was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on May 23, 1930 to the late Barney and Julia (Magelinger) Ward. She graduated from Central High School and was a faithful member of Landmark Baptist Church in Evansville. Wilma enjoyed chalk drawing, singing and spending time with her family. Wilma is survived by her daughter, Sharon Sue Condon-Ferrar of Cocoa, FL; son, Timothy W. Hendrix (Rachel) of Rensselaer, IN; brother, Robert "Bob" Ward (Vera) of Marion, IN; grandchildren, Jeremy Hendrix, Matthew Condon, Mary Ann Condon, Andrew Condon, Christopher Hendrix, Deborah Hendrix, Amy Hendrix, Kent Hendrix and by many great-grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by her Husband, Aubrey N. Hendrix; and by two sisters and three brothers.
