Kimberly Smith went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 18, 2020. Kimberly was born on January 5, 1964, to Fred and Evelyn Lavender (Foster), in Toledo, Ohio. Her family and friends will remember her most for always being there for them, with her kind heart, and an unconditional love for everyone. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and Harley riding with her late husband David Smith and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Smith; her parents, Fred and Evelyn Lavender (Foster) ; her brother, Jerry Lavender; sisters, Sharon Destazio and Marsha Slemp. She is survived by her children, Kenny Hoyt, Jessica Hoyt, Brandon Hoyt, and Chad Smith; her grandchildren and great- granddaughter; sisters, Barbara (Ron) Myers, Pam (Harold) Bryant; brother, Jeff (Cindy) Lavender; and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Services will be private. She will be buried at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery. Please continue to support and pray for her family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
