Regina Esmont, 91, Reading, passed away peacefully in Berks Heim Nursing Home, Leesport, PA on Friday, March 20, 2020.

Born in Mt. Carmel on October 12, 1928, Regina was a daughter of the late William and Constance (Perczynski) Esmont. Regina was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Reading, PA.

She attended Mt. Carmel Twp. High School and graduated in 1946. She then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Mansfield University in 1950 and a Master of Education in 1954 from New York University. She was employed with the Reading School District for 33 years before retiring in 1986.

As per her wish, Ms. Esmont was cremated and blessed at her home church of St. Paul's RCC in Reading, PA. Inurnment of her remains will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, PA on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
