Nancy Louise Shelton, 88, of Greer, SC., went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Nancy was born in South Bend, Indiana to the late Orville Dale Harrison and Bernice Ritter Harrison. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Robert H Shelton; son Daniel Dale Shelton (Renee); daughters Rebecca Lyn Kilgus (Mark), and Sharon Shelton Hulcy (Brad); siblings Jack Harrison (Velma), JoAnn Abberger (Tom), and Tommy Harrison; grandchildren, Kristi Easterly (Chad), Chad Hulcy (Sarah), Laura Kilgus Noe (Max), Matthew Kilgus, Kyle Shelton (Elyssa), and Cameron Shelton; great grandchildren, owen Hulcy, Lily Hulcy, Brooklyn Hulcy, Kimberly Shelton, Lavender Shelton, Israel Shelton, and Waylon Easterly; sister-in-law, Rexella Van Impe. In addition to her parents Nancy is preceded in death by her siblings, Jack Harrison, Velma Harrison, JoAnn Abberger, Tom Abberger, and Tommy Harrison; grandchild, Matthew Kilgus. Our mother, Nancy Shelton, displayed that very spirit in front of her family and to all who knew her. She served quietly, hospitably and sweetly beside her husband for nearly 68 years. "Make yourselves beautiful on the inside, in your hearts, with the enduring quality of a gentle, peaceful spirit. This type of beauty is very precious in God's eyes." 1 Peter 3:4. A graveside service will be held Friday, April 10, 2020, at Graceland East Memorial Park in Simpsonville, SC.
