Deborah Kay Riggs
Deborah “Debbie” Kay Riggs was born on June 17th, 1961 in Dallas, TX to parents Wanda Marie Bailey and David Clyde Cox. She was raised in the Dallas area and married her high school sweetheart, Clinton “Clint” Evan Riggs on August 25th, 1978. They shared a beautiful life together and raised their family in Mesquite, TX for over 40 years. She spent a better part of 25 years of service with Southwestern Bell, later AT&T. Debbie passed away on April 8th, 2020 in Mesquite, TX. She is preceded in death by her father, David C. Cox and brother, David Ray Cox. She is survived by her husband Clint Riggs; sons Steven and Chad Riggs; daughter Presley Riggs; her mother, Wanda Bailey; and a host of friends and family. She will be dearly missed by all.Obituary
