GAROLD WESLEY HINES Gary was born to Garold Williams and Lena LaVon (Hitson) Hines on February 21, 1958, at Santa Ana, Ca. He departed this life on March 20, 2020, at his home in Norman, OK. at the age of (62) years. Gary moved to Oklahoma with his family. On May 5, 1975, he enlisted in the US Army. He completed Aircraft Mechanic School and specialized in helicopter repairs at Ft. Lewis, WA. On May 6, 1978, Gary received an Honorable Discharge as SGT. Gary was a computer programmer by trade and retired from Financial Software Systems with over 20 years of service. He married the love of his life, Rhonda Pelton, on January 25, 2002. They made Norman their home. Gary and Rhonda attended the Anchor Church. He loved the outdoors, remote control airplanes, fishing, and boating but his love for his family was so much more. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching them grow. He was preceded in death by his parents, (2) Sisters; Eileen Callaway and Tammy Hines, Niece Toni Clapp. Those who survive him include his Wife Rhonda of the home, (4) Sons; Wesley Hines, Charles Cheek (Jessica), Gavin Hines and Trey Hines, Daughter Normanda Pelton (Joshua), Grandchildren; McKynna, Autumn, Faith, expecting Iris Elaine and Coy Allen Father-in-law Steve Smith, Sisters-in-law Kelly Stapp (David) and DeAnna Smith (Jerry), Special Friends; Tony Kilcollins (Linda) and Kim McCollum (Jeff), numerous Nieces and Nephews and many friends.
