Sandra Henry May 17, 1963 ~ March 28, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of Sandra Henry announce her passing on March 28, 2020 in Prince Albert, SK. Sandra was born on May 17, 1963 in Prince Albert, SK to Kenneth and Eileen Henry (Parenteau). Sandra and Denis were childhood sweethearts and were together for 35+ years. Sandra attended St. Michael's elementary school, Boucher Jr High and St Mary’s High School. As a young woman Sandra babysat for a few years before starting at Sobey's. She was there for 10+ years until it closed down and then worked at Co-op grocery store and was there for 5 years. Sandra loved to watch hockey on tv but also, she loved being a hockey mom. She was always there to support her boys in hockey and anything that they wanted to do. She was the loudest in the rink and didn’t care what people thought of it. She loved baking and making stuff for people to give them around certain holidays. She also enjoyed having fires outside in the fire pit, if she wasn’t at work and the weather was decent you could always find her in the backyard enjoying life around the fire pit and company was always welcome. She became a grandmother seven years ago and this brought her much joy in life, hanging out and being there for her grand babies. She would bake with them and she would take them to the odd raider game or to the movie theatre. She loved her grandchildren very much and they loved her just as much as she loved them. Sandra is survived by: Her sons Denis Carrier Jr. (Natasha Johnson) and Jesse Carrier; granddaughter Kendrah-Lynn Carrier; brother Karl Henry (Krystyna); sister Jo-Ann Lanceleve (Danny); brother Robin Henry (April); nieces and nephews Kristopher Henry, Josh Henry, Matthew Henry, Alison Henry, Ryan Lanceleve, Jody Lanceleve, Carmel Carrier, Crystal Carrier, Jeff Carrier, Stephanie Carrier, Terry Fiddler, Alex Fiddler; in laws Marcel Carrier, Krystyna Henry (Karl), Danny Lanceleve (Jo-Ann), April Henry (Robin). Sandra is predeceased by: Her spouse Denis Carrier, grandson Bentlee Carrier, father Kenneth Henry and mother Eileen Henry. Private family viewing will be held due to gathering restrictions enforced by provincial law. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
