Father. Grandpa. Friend. Wendell Boykin met our Lord and Savior on March 20, 2020 in San Angelo, TX. Wendell was born July 3, 1943 in Harriet, TX, to Horace "Dudley" and Beulah Boykin, and was a 1963 graduate of San Angelo Central High School. After graduating, he was a member of the National Guard and was a mechanic for Volkswagen, Dodge, and Goodyear. Until his retirement, Wendell spent most of his adult life as a Machinist for Ethicon. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Glenda Cox. Wendell is survived by one daughter, Sandra Michulka (Dennis) of San Angelo; grandchildren, Stachia Brothers (Billy) of Rowlett, TX and Timothy Manis of San Angelo; two great grandchildren, Joslyn Garcia of San Angelo and AJay Manis of Richmond, CA; brother in law, Jim Cox of Merrit, TX; niece, Gina Dodson (Gerry) of Allen, TX; and nephew, Harvey Cox (Connie) also of Merrit. A small family graveside service will be held and in lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to your favorite charity.
