On Saturday, March 28, 2020 the Lord called home our beloved, Mrs Bernita Elizabeth Fegins-Ramsey. Mrs. Bernita Fegins- Ramsey was born October 23, 1962 in Jacksonville ,Florida to the late Artis Clarence Fegins Sr and Mary Alice Fegins. Bernita was educated in the Duval County Public School System. She was converted an early age. She was employed by First Coast Options as a manager for many years. Mrs. Ramsey leaves to cherish her loving memory: devoted husband, Charles Ramsey; daughter, Mia Ramsey; brothers, Artis Fegins Jr (Judy) and Michael Fegins (Linda); sisters, Tonglia Wise (James) and Mary Williams; aunt, Claudie Smith; a host of nieces and nephews; other family members and sorrowing friends.
