Elizabeth A. Gill (Murphy) 84 passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Gill. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Elizabeth (Galligan) Murphy, Sr. Elizabeth was the beloved mother of Paula A. Noonan, Pamela A. Swain (Keith), Brother John F. Gill OFM, Kenneth J. Gill and Jacqueline A. Malm (Gregory). Loving grandmother of Gabrielle, Stephanie, Alexander, Andrew and Samantha. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph L. Murphy, Jr. and Sheila M. LeClaire. Elizabeth was a licensed practical nurse at Kent Hospital for many years before retiring. A private funeral service will be held in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. A memorial Mass will be held in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Avenue, Warwick at a time to be announced.
