Billie Sue “Suzie” Willis, 71 of Pana passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Heritage Health, Pana. She was born February 18, 1949 in Norton, Virginia to the late Willard & Nettie (Stanford) Stanley. She married Leo F. Willis on February 14, 1992 and he preceded her on May 31, 2003. She then found a great companionship with Gale Duduit for the next 16 years and he survives in Pana. Suzie attended Calvary Baptist Church in Taylorville. She enjoyed shopping trips and watching wrestling. She was especially fond of the Oak Ridge Boys and her cats. Along with Gale, Suzie is also survived by her children, Jennifer Wright, Pana, and Jeffery Perez; grandchildren: Kimberly, John “J.D.”, and Garrett Wright; and great-grandson; Kaden. She was also preceded by her son-in-law John Wright. Due to Illinois Department of Health guidelines, there will be a private family graveside service for Suzie with Pastor John Largent officiating. Burial will be in Twin Pines Cemetery, Pana. Memorials in Suzie’s honor may be made to the family and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
