Sister of Mary Grace Piacentini of Chelmsford and the late C. Edmund Sullivan. Aunt of Judy Piacentini of Lexington, Paula Montuori of Chelmsford and Kerry Lee Forbes of Waltham. Great aunt of Kourtney, Kendall, Andrea and Jillian. Great great aunt of Rory and Teagan. Ann loved her dogs, the theater, the symphony and her local sports teams, especially the New England Patriots. She will be remembered by all for her warm and generous heart.
