Victor Baez

Victor Baez, 74, of Newark, NJ passed away in Spring Grove Rehabilitaion and Healthcare Center on Friday, March 20, 2020. Victor was born in Bronz, NY to Carlos and Felicita Baez. he was raised by his influncial mother and grandmother were he acquired his keen sense of humor and good nature. He worked in the Maintenance Department for the City of New York, also as a  Security Guard for the Museum of Natural History, but he spent most of his career as a Stationary Engineerfor the Chemist Club in New York City. Victor enjoyed painting and drawing, and tending to his salt water acquarium. He was a very social, gentle and caring man with a great sense of humor, and always put others before himself. His greatest love of all was his family. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving children Victor Baez, Jr, Moses Baez, Ruben Baez, and Diana Baez, his dear brothers Carlos Baez and jesus "Jay" Baez and his cherished 8 grandchildren. A private family service will be held to honors Victor's life on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Arrangements under the directions of Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial.
