Olga Kolaczko age 84, of Twin Lakes,Wisconsin, formerly of Chicago, passed away Friday peacefully, Beloved wife of the late John Kolaczko, Loving mother of Anna (Jerry) Trynoha, Christine Kolaczko and Irene Kolaczko, Cherished grandmother of Steven and Natalie (fiance' Robert) Olga was a long time member of Nativity BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church. She was a devout Catholic and a proud Ukrainian. Her passions were gardening and cooking. Services and Interment Private due to the COVID-19 mandate. Please omit flowers
