Ashton Emmanuel Arlt, 30 of Belleville, Illinois, passed away at his home on Friday March 20, 2020. Ashton was born on November 27, 1989 in Belleville, Illinois to Shawn Bunyard and Amber Lindner, nee Arlt both of Mascoutah, Illinois and they survive. Ashton was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Herbert Frank Arlt. In addition to his parents, Ashton is survived by his grandmothers; Rosemary Arlt and Loretta Bunyard, both of Belleville, Illinois, his stepfather, John Lindner and stepmother Judy Bunyard, both of Mascoutah, Illinois. His siblings: Heather (Andrew) Bateman of St. Louis, Missouri, Desiree (Chris) Boyd of Dupo, Illinois, Johnny (Crystal) Lindner of McMinville, Tennessee, Jessica Bunyard of Columbia, Illinois, Andrea Arlt of Mascoutah, Illinois, Jacob Bunyard of Columbia, Illinois, Lexie Bean of Mascoutah, Illinois, Kaid Eakins of Centralia, Illinois and Lindsey (Brandon) Raymer of Belleville, Illinois. Ashton is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and countless friends. Ashton was a huge Green Bay Packers fan and loved watching football in his spare time. He loved music and camping and was a devoted son who loved his mother very much. Above all, he loved spending time with his friends and family and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Louis Children's Hospital.
