William D. Yeoman Hornell William D. Yeoman, 57, a resident of Sawyer Street Site, passed away Friday (March 20, 2020) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Born in Hornell, July 16, 1962, the son of George and Anne Baker Yeoman, he had resided in Hornell nearly all of his entire life. Bill was a graduate of Canisteo Central School, Class of 1980, and had been employed at Bird’s Eye in Avon, North Main Lumber Company, and most recently at Alstom in Hornell. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife; Kathleen Flaitz Yeoman, and his brothers; Gerald and Terry Rudesil. He is survived by his son; Corey (Amanda) Yeoman of Bolivar, his sisters; Barbara Anne Criss (Lee) of Hornell, Gail Buttery (James) of Nunda, Debbie Murray (Daniel) of California, and Echo Yeoman (Marc Dineen) of Hornell, two grandchildren; Harrison and Dunkin Yeoman, sisters-in-law; Mary Simons and Sharon Brizzee, several nieces and nephews, and his special feline companion and best friend “Dummy”.
