Albert Michaud February 5th, 1927 - March 20th, 2020 Albert's life on earth is over and he has gone Home to our Lord and Saviour. Dearly loved husband of Genevieve Michaud (née Forseille). Loving father of Colette McWilliam. Proud grandfather of Nicholas & Christopher McWilliam, great-grampa of Alexis, Samantha & Riven McWilliam. Albert was born in Baie des-Sables, Quebec in a family of 15 children, leaving 5 siblings to mourn him. Albert proudly served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Forces - from Greenwood, NS. to 2 Wing, France, (a most enjoyable 4 years) to Cold Lake, Alberta to 8 Wing, Trenton. He was a great craftsman - from building houses to many other trades - welder, electrician, plumber, repairman of all sorts. He will be sorely missed by his family and all those who knew him. Keeping with Albert's wishes, cremation has taken place. Epoux bien-aimé de Geneviève Michaud (née Forseille), père très fier de leur enfant Colette, aimant grand-père de Nicholas et Christopher McWilliam, arrière- grand-père d'Alexis, Samantha et Riven McWilliam. Albert est né à Baie-des-Sables au Québec dans une famille de 15 enfants laissant 5 soeurs et frères dans le deuil ainsi qu'un grand nombre de nièces et de neveux. C'est avec fierté qu'il a servi 25 ans dans les Forces Armées Canadiennes - depuis Greenwood, N.S., allant à Grostenquin en France (4 années les plus agréables), ensuite à Cold Lake, Alta, prenant sa retraite à Trenton. Albert était un artisan habile et ingénieux, de la construction de maisons à de nombreux autres métiers : soudeur, électricien, plombier, réparateur d’appareils de toutes sortes. Il manquera beaucoup à sa famille et à tous ceux qui l'ont connu et aimé. Conformément aux souhaits d'Albert, l'incinération a eu lieu. Une célébration funéraire en présence de ses cendres se tiendra d'une façon sécuritaire, au moment opportun. Nous vous en informerons plus tard.
