Edward Ronnell “Turtle” Ingram, age 57, of Brunswick, MD went on to be with his Lord on Friday, March 20, 2020 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born on August 9, 1962, Turtle was the son of Theresa D. Randolph (NC) and the late Irvin W. Fossett II. Turtle was a 1980 graduate of Frederick High School. He worked at The Jefferson School. Turtle enjoyed being with his family, fishing, and cheering for the Washington Redskins and Nationals. Most of all, he loved the Lord. In addition to his mother, Turtle is survived by his: children, Laterris, Chanel, Joe, Carl, and Adrianna; siblings, Gregory (Alice), Robin, Jerome (Erica), Kim, Jackie (Amos), Filmore (Carrie), Kim, Donna, David (Angela), Twania (Donnell), Donald, and Trevette (Courtney); godmother, Maryanna; 3 godbrothers, Stanley, Benji and William; godsister, Sabrina; 2 godchildren, Rolique and Tiana; devoted friends, Toni Newman, Wayne Luby, Vonnie Hill, Charles Jenkins, and James Taylor; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and former coworkers. Turtle, was predeceased by his: grandparents, Robert Ingram, Bessie Rollins-Ingram, Irvin W. Fossett, and Lois Fossett-Williams; brothers, Craig Fossett and Irvin Fossett, III; stepfather, Donald L. Randolph Sr.; goddaughter, Schrae; and devoted friend, Dan Niles.
