William (Bill) Joseph Outram

November 12, 1936-March 6, 2020

Bill, retired teacher of 34 years, passed peacefully March 6th, 2020 at the Brockville General Hospital. He was a loving husband and best friend for 61+ years to Mary Elizabeth (Levingston) Outram.

Dear father to Quin Outram (Karin), Carol Soutar (Doug), Scott Outram and Karen Van Mierlo. Grandfather to Mark (Erin), and Paul (Jenny) Outram, Douglas (Laurie), Daniel and Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Soutar and Travis and Wayde Van Mierlo. Great Grandfather to Kate and Emily Outram and Forester Soutar. Honorary father to Rafael (Cocoy) Corral Suarez del Real (Mercedes) and family of Mexico.

He will be missed by Verna (Bill, deceased) McPherson, and Jim (Glenda) McPherson and families.

A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 between 2-4 pm at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Rd 15, Maitland.
