Maysville – Myrtle Doyle, age 89, widow of Floyd E. Doyle passed away at Pioneer Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Flemingsburg, March 3, 2020. She was born December 15, 1930 to the late Carl and Nellie Beckett Evans, and was the last living of 14 brothers and sisters. She is survived by 3 daughters Kathy Doyle Huron, Kim Doyle (Randal) Lewis, Sue Doyle (Roy) Hickerson; 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren Besides her husband Floyd and her parents Myrtle was preceded in death 2 sons Floyd “Mick” Doyle, Jr.; Robert “Bobby” Doyle a daughter Carol Selby, a grandson Brandon Hickerson and her 13 siblings Isabell Evans, Betsy Evans, Wavey Evans, Helen Poe, Minnie Hayslip, Rena Calvert, Mable Dearing, Russell Evans, Charley Evans, Earl Evans, George Evans, Lewis Evans and James Evans. Myrtle’s memorial service will be 7 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the Maysville Community Lighthouse Church on Fleming Road, Pastor John Ray Dodson officiating.
