Rebecca Griffith

Rebecca “Becky” Griffith, 63, of Salisbury passed away February 28, 2020. Born on October 26, 1956, she was the daughter of John Luffman and Gertrude Burkindine. Becky was a loving mother and grammy. She was devoted to her family. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and wrestling, as well as crocheting in her free time. She was a long-time member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Salisbury. Becky is preceded in death by her father, John Luffman; granddaughter, Angel Griffith; former husband, Russell Griffith III; grandparents, including Myrtis Moore. Becky is survived by her daughter, Shawne Trader and her husband Vaughn; son, Russell Griffith IV; sisters, Sharon Sass and her husband Don, Julia Dailey, and Rose Jenkins and her husband Steve; brother, John Luffman and his wife Cindy Townsend; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; other loving relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020, 11:00am at Holloway Funeral Home, 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Wicomico Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Becky’s honor may be made to Riverside United Methodist Church, 608 Riverside Drive, Salisbury, MD 21801. If flowers are sent, the family kindly requests no carnations.
