Caroline T. Melley, 72, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on November 2, 2017 at Martin Medical Center, Stuart, Florida. Carol T. Melley, 72, died on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Martin Medical Center. Mrs. Melley is preceded in death by her son Jim Jr. She leaves her loving husband of 52 years, Jim of Palm City; Kim Mendelsohn and her husband Robert of Lawrenceville, Georgia; Linda Broderick and her husband, James of Port Jefferson Station, New York; Cynthia Melley and her significant other, Trevor of Palm City; daughter-in-law Jodi Melley of Buford, Georgia; Carol’s sister Joanne Schultz of Slatington, Pennsylvania and 6 grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Jacob, Jordan, Cody and Sawyer. Mrs. Melley was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. She lived in Setauket, New York before she moved to Florida. She had bee a resident of Palm City for the last 20 years. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City. Many people say there is nothing like a mother’s love, and they are so right, she was a wonderful wife and mother, who showed love to everyone she came in contact with. She was a beautiful inside and out. She loved her family and loved talking about them. She also loved to shop. QVC was on her speed dial. And she loved making meatballs for her family. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
