Sharon Hunter Obituary
Sharon E. (McAfee) Hunter, 57, of Hollis, NH, died at her home on Friday afternoon, February 17, 2006. Born in Bronx, New York on November 7, 1948, a daughter of James McAfee, Jr. of Bronx, New York and the late Sarah (Moore) McAfee. Resident of Hollis since 1988, prior to which she had lived in Massachusetts. Beloved wife William T. Hunter, whom she married on July 30, 1988. They shared 17 years of marriage. For the past 6 years, Mrs. Hunter worked for the SanDisk Corporation in Sunnyvale, California where she was a Senior Vice president of Quality and Reliability worldwide. At one time, she had also worked for Dell Computer, Digital and GE. She enjoyed gardening and designing houses. She was a master needle pointer. Mrs. Hunter was also a member of the Women Engineer Quality Managers. She was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Nashua. While living in New York, she was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Harlem. Mrs. Hunter was a graduate of New York University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to her husband, survivors include a sister Sigrid McAfee of New Brunswick, NJ; a brother, James McAfee of Manhattan, NY; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours: Davis Funeral Home, One Lock Street, Nashua on Friday 4:00-8:00 P.M.
Congregational Church of Hollis, U.C.C., Monument Square, Hollis, NH on Saturday at One o’clock. Friends are invited to attend.
