<p>Charles L Ford 76 of Manchester died Sunday October 2nd at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He worked for the US Air Force as a Military Criminal Investigator for 20 years before retiring 20 years ago. Born in Weatherford, OK he resided in Navarre. FL before moving to Manchester 2 years ago. He was a career Master Sergeant in the Air Force for 20 years and also served in the Korean War. Surviving is his wife of 50 years, Louise A Purtee, daughter, Debra Hoffman &amp; husband George of Hamilton and son, Charles L Jr &amp; wife Annette of San Diego, CA, and daughter Kimberly Platt &amp; husband Tony of Springfield, MO, sister, Yvonne Matthews &amp; husband Wilbur of Phoenix, AZ and 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Memorial Service at Brigadier Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veteran’s Cemetery will take place at a later date.</p>
