Barbara Ann Alley, 65, of McConnellsburg, PA, passed away on Sunday November 6, 2016 at the Fulton County Medical Center. She was born on September 3, 1951 in Lewistown, PA, the daughter of the late Robert and June Eckert. Barbara is survived by her longtime companion Gregory Kearnes of McConnellsburg, one daughter Tracey Ruby and son Donnie Ruby. Barbara was also predeceased in death by her son Christopher Ruby.
