Myrtle Reppert Wilson of Berea, died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Liddie Mullins Reppert, spent most of her life in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and had been a resident of Berea since 1993. Myrt worked as a TV Fashion Model, member of the Planning and Zoning Board, member of the Hospital Board of Directors, hospital volunteer, President of the Democrat Club and County Democrat Federation, Woman of Achievement, manager of the hospital gift shop, country club, and golf course – all while in Ohio. After moving to Berea, she served as a member of the Arts’ Council, President of the Berea Chamber of Commerce, where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame, and was Past President of the Kiwanis Club. She loved golf and even mastered a hole-in-one! Survivors include her daughter Pamela (Greg); grandchildren, Scott (Emily), Cindy (Larry); great-grandchildren, Alexis, Sierra, Kaitlin, Morgan, Caden, Sophie; sister Dorothy; dear friend Mary Margaret; as well as numerous, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by great grandson Kaleb; siblings, Margaret, Robert, Bertha, Anna Lee, Marcus, Everett, Tilford, Ruth, Mary Jane, Ira, and James. Funeral Service 2:00 PM, Friday, February 28, 2020 at Reppert Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Slemp officiating. Visitation 12:00 noon until service time. In accordance with Myrt’s wishes, following the funeral service, she will be cremated and private family burial will take place at a later date on the family lot at Fairview Cemetery in Rockcastle County.
