Portsmouth - Eloise Jefferson Lowman, 85, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. She was the wife of the late Earl Gray Lowman and a member of Parkview Christian Church. She is survived by her daughter, Ginger L. Dunbar of Chester, her son, David E. Lowman of Portsmouth and his wife LeeAnn, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and her life-long friend of 55 years, Helen Stallings.A funeral service will be held at 1P.M. on Wednesday, December 16, at Sturtevant Funeral Home Chapel, Portsmouth Blvd by the Rev. Tim Campbell. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:30 P.M. until 8 P.M.
