Ms. Wilda Isabelle (Glendenning) Delauder age 84 years a resident of Norton, WV, departed this life Saturday October 27, 2012 at her residence. She had been in declining health but death was unexpected. She was born February 25, 1928 a daughter of the late Frank and Goldie L. (McDilda) Glendenning. She is survived by one son Jerry Ware of Norton and one brother Clarence R. Glendenning of Newton Falls, OH; two sisters Opal Papandria of Philippi and Elsie Cottrill and husband Carson of Bridgeport. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one infant son Wendell L. Ware. Ms. Delauder was a homemaker and was last employed at Mountain Mama’s Restaurant in Belington. She attended the schools of Barbour County, and was full gospel by faith. She will be remembered for her love of her feline companions. At the request of the deceased her remains will be cremated and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Animal Friends of Barbour County P.O. Box 452. Philippi, WV 26416. Interment of her cremains will be in the Church of the Brethren Cemetery at Junior WV. Condolences may be made to the family at www.talbottfuneralhome.com.
