"Penney" was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ernest Raymond Bragg; her parents; two brothers and a sister. Survivors include her children, Sandra Ray Craggs and Patricia Ann Riney; four grandchildren, Michael Riney, Amy Shultz, Michelle Whitehouse and Jason Riney; four great-grandchildren, Katilyn, Dylan, James and Ava; and her special friend, Junior. Funeral services will be noon Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Thursday, 2 - 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Friday.
