GALLINA, Alfredo Primo (Freddy) -Passed away peacefully, on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at the Kincardine Hospital, in his 85th year. Fred was the beloved husband of Linda (Toneguzzo) of 61 years. He was a dedicated and respected father and loved by Paula Vadori, (Frank), Tom Gallina, (Judy), Jerry Gallina, (Gail), Jim Gallina, (Anna), Jeannette Young, (Ken), Marilyn Gallina, (Steve Kerr), Brenda Unsworth, (Wayne), and Dan Gallina (Lynda). He was the most admired, adored and legendary Nonno of 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Fred wore many hats in his lifetime and was well known and respected by the community. He was the owner of the Forty-Five Restaurant, The Towne Coffee Shop and Primo's Pizza in Guelph and The Blue Water Drive Inn, and a chef at the Bruce Power Plant in Kincardine. He was one of the founding members of the Italian Canadian Club in Guelph, and also a member for 58 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Saint Anthony's Parish in Kincardine. Fred enjoyed tending to his grape vines, gardening and manicuring his bocce alley. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday morning, November 11th at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Parish, Guelph.
