Billie Joyce Hightower was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on February 23, 1944 and passed away in Santa Cruz, California on February 16, 2020. She was well known as the mother of New Beginning Community Church. She is survived by her children Debra Hightower, Darryl Hightower and Sharon Hightower, Grandchildren Kesha Howard, Aaliyah Wilson, Michael Shirley, Markeen Kennon, Amber Hightower, Jamahl Hightower and Dominique Hightower, along with Great-grandchildren Nevell, Craig, Micah and Michelle.
