SLOAN, Dorothy Patricia passed away peacefully at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014, at the age of 96. Predeceased by parents Frederick and Myrtle (Buchanan) Croft. Beloved wife of the late Charles Sloan (1988). Loving mother of Gregory (Late May Harper) of Kingston, Geoffrey of Oshawa, and Kathy Miller (Jeff) of Belleville. Cherished grandmother of Amanda of Toronto, Matthew of Fort McMurray, and Christopher Miller of Belleville. Predeceased by her siblings Frederick Croft, Norman Croft, Beatrice Croft, and Jean Adams. Also loved by nieces Dorothy Kilotat of St. Albert, Alberta, Nancy Adams of London, Ontario, and by nephew Richard Croft of Toronto. In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A service may be held at a later date. Inurnment Belleville Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Thomas Anglican Church Belleville would be appreciated by the family.
