Louis W. Kuhn of Sun City, AZ. died peacefully February 02, 2017. He was 95 years old. Lou was the devoted husband of Jean Snyder Kuhn who predeceased him in August of 2000. He is survived by his five children: Susanne Deren (Robert), Janet Silvestro (Frank), Christine, Louis F., Kathleen Mc Laughlin (Art), five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Anne Kuhn Funke who passed away March 2014. Lou lived in Philadelphia until he retired and moved to Arizona in 1979. Lou worked at the Frankford Arsenal for 40 years and served in the US Navy during World War II. Lou was a great guy. He had the patience of Job. He was Mr. Fix-It, always working on his home and tinkering with something. Lou was known for always giving a friend a helping hand and a ride when they needed it. He loved watching football and attending the weekly community dances. Lou went to the SunDial recreation center and lifted weights until he was 94. He will be deeply missed. Services will be private.
