He is survived by two daughters, Brock Anne (Shine) Boyd of Brandon, and Sommer Elizabeth (Chad) Armstrong of Baldwyn; son, Houston Riley Low, Jr. of Columbus; brothers, Buddy (Dee) Low of Mobile, AL, Billy (Linda) Low of Murfreesboro, TN, Charles (Cindy) Low of Greenville, and Joe Low of Belzoni; sister, Bettie Lu (Mickey) Childress of Belzoni; and one grandchild, Riley Carlisle Ballard of Brandon.
