<p>PERRY, John “Jack” - Perry Fuels – Peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday November 19, 2012 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 84th year. Jack Perry, is survived by his wife Shirley, his son Stephen and his wife Jan, his daughter Lisa, and his sister Pam. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren David, Matthew, and Lindsey, and is predeceased by grandson Christopher (2009). A Private Family service was held. Memorial donations to The Oshawa Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by Jack’s family. </p>
