John William (Bill) Millison Sr., 74, of Runnells passed away February 17, 2020 at his home. A viewing with family present will be held Friday, February 21, 2020 from 2-5pm at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle. Bill was born May 8, 1945 in Pleasantville, Iowa to Gilbert and Ellen Marie (King) Millison. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting. Bill also loved sitting down to a good movie or a good book. He truly enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Christmas and Halloween were his favorite holidays. Bill’s grandchildren were his whole world. Bill is survived by his brother Harry (Ann) Millison, son John (Kelly)Millison Jr, Daughters; Billie Jo(Daryl), Bridgot(Curt), and Heather (George), grandkids; John (Avery) Millison III, Brad (Kaytin) Millison, Brandi (Josh) Millison, Mellisa Millison, Elizabeth (Mike) Graham, Lacy, Mercedez (Drew) Moad, Dustin Moad, Joslynn (Colton) Thurman, Jacob and Karlee Marlow, Zachary Canty, and April, nieces; Mishelle Millison, Nally and Deonna Gregory, nephew Byron Millison, great- grandkids; Marmion, Vance, Roah, Aiden, Alethea, Keegan, Kaislyn, Hadley and Brody.
