Mark Elliott Kelly, 58 years of age, of Bates City, MO, passed away in Springfield, MO, on February 14, 2020. He was born in Kansas City, MO, on August 30, 1961, to Marcia Evelyn (Hill) and Clint Vernon Kelly. Mark attended Hickman Mills High School in Kansas City, MO. Mark is survived by a son: Charles Wallace and goddaughter: Teesha Marie Casteel Driver; and nephews: Chris Sloan and Nick Sloan. He was an electrician with Burlington Northern Railroad. Mark loved to cook, especially grilling, and have cooking competitions with his family. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends, music and movies. Per Mark's wishes, he will be cremated and the family will be hosting a Celebration of Life gathering at a later date.
