Debora Sue Steinman, 65, of Russellville, Missouri, passed away from a short but courageous battle from cancer with her family surrounding her on Friday, February 14, 2020. Debora was born February 3, 1955, in Freeburg, Missouri, the daughter of the late James Henry and Lillian Louise (Lock) Welschmeyer. She was united in marriage on June 10, 1078 in St. Martins to David Wayne Steinman, who survives at the home. She graduated from Lincoln University as a registered nurse. Debora was a regional administrator for Corizon from 1996-2020. She enjoyed traveling, doing crafts and gardening. Her greatest love was her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, David; her daughter, Brandyn Nicole Steinman-West (Kelly), Lohman; five grandchildren, Grace Everhardt-Steinman, Taylor Steinman-Crossman, Samantha Steinman-Crossman, Peyton Steinman, Katelyn West; six siblings, Sharon Lock, Linn; Lisa Beck (Craig), Brazito; Beverly Feeler (Ted), Vienna; Evelyn Christian (John), Jefferson City; Dennis Welschmeyer, Jefferson City; Geralyn Byland, Jefferson City; and a sister-in-law, Laura Welschmeyer, Waynewright. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Broch Allan Steinman; a sister, Delores Andert (Terri); and two brothers, Victor Welschmeyer, and James “Jimmy” Welschmeyer.
