Mrs. Nancy Ingram Green, age 71, of Rome, GA passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 in a Rome nursing center following a three year illness. She was born in Cedartown, GA on February 19, 1948 a daughter of the late Worthy Ingram and the late Mammie Corn Ingram. Mrs. Green had lived the greater part of her life in Polk county and was of the Baptist faith. She was a former employee of Integrated Mills. Mrs. Green loved to read, spend time outdoors and enjoyed her cats. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Boyd Ingram. Survivors include a daughter, Stacy Gresham and her husband Kelly, Rome; two sons: Jeff Green and his wife Norma, Aragon and Brady Green and his wife Leigh, Silver Creek; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside funeral and interment services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 2:30 pm in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Brother Delmar Rayburn officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
