LeRoy Hayter Sr. passed into his heavenly home on February 14th, 2020 at home. He was born on October 17, 1939 in Mendocino, California. His favorite thing to do was compete (?), watching Nascar ( his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon) and collecting eagles. He married Barbara Halsell on December 5, 1964 in Texico, New Mexico. He has two daughters Lori and Kathleen who live in Albuquerque, New Mexico; his son, LeRoy Jr who lives in San Angelo; he has six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; he has nine nieces and nephews that he loved dearly; his special friend Marshall Bryant (Katherine) LouNell Moore and her family; his sister and brother in law Burt and Kay Rosser; his brother in law and sister in law Grover and Michelle Halsell.
