Gary Dale Gregory, 78, of Burkburnett passed away on February 13, 2020 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was born on October 28, 1941 in Dublin, Texas to his parents Henry Gregory and Margaret (Stevens) Gregory. He married Shirley Rushing on July 18, 1970 and to this union two children were born. He retired from the Soil Conservation Service and served in the Army National Guard. He is preceded in death by his grandchildren Mason Chance Abels and Julie Wick. He is survived by: His wife Shirley Gregory Glen and Joni Gregory son and daughter-in-law of Cleburne Lisa and Jay Wick daughter and son-in-law of Burkburnett His grandchildren - Lonnie Paul Abels and wife Samantha Dakota Abels and wife Darian Jason Wick Easton Abels His great-grandchildren - Mason Abels and Christian Abels His sister - Ann Goodson of Amarillo His brother - Charles Gregory of Childress and numerous other relatives. His services will be on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Harrell Memorial Chapel. Burial to follow in Old Dublin Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday Afternoon 5-7 P.M. at Harrell Funeral Home.
