Patricia Burdine Hoover

Patricia Faye Burdine Hoover, 58, of Richmond, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Madison County Kentucky on July 7, 1961 to the late John and Dora Agee Burdine. Patty was a very caring person that loved her family dearly and was always encouraging them to do better. She was a nurse’s assistant at Hospice Compassionate Care Center and enjoyed being able to help the many families that she met through her work. Survivors include: her children, Michael Pruitt (Jessica) and Natasha Hendricks (Justin); her companion, Rick Lunsford; two sisters, Stephanie Sanders and Kathy Burdine; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; her special friend, Pat Bryant; and a host of other extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Hoover. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11AM Monday, February 17, 2020, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, W. Main St., Richmond, with Bro. Rickey Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Sunday, at the funeral home.
