On February 14, 2020, Melinda C. (Vaughn) Teems of Elkridge, beloved partner of Donald Seez, cherished mother of Cody Teems and his wife Rachel, loving grandmother of Christian Teems, dear sister of Teresa Kromer and Diane Lang. Ms. Teems is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
