She was born February 12, 1926 Floyd County, Kentucky to the late John Lee & Florence Miller Garrett. She was the wife of the late Samuel May Leslie. She was a homemaker and member of Emma United Methodist Church. She is survived by her Sons: Kenneth (Wilma) Leslie of Emma, Kentucky & Amos (Donna) Leslie of Emma, Kentucky; Daughter: Muriel (Jerry) Conway of Omaha, Nebraska; Brother & Sister: Joe B. Garrett of Toledo, Ohio & Launa (Dave) Collins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Michael (Jennifer) Leslie, Nathan (Catie) Leslie, Karen (Travis) Roesler, Adam (Cari) Conway & Kendra (James) Quandt; 12 Great Grandchildren. Along with a host of Nieces, Nephews, and countless Friends all of whom she loved & cherished. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Brothers: Dallas Garrett, Gordon Garrett & Wonnie Garrett. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
