After graduating from East Nicolaus High School, she moved to Sacramento with two of her sisters and attended Heald Business School. They eventually returned to Nicolaus to live on Mom's original homestead where they grew kiwis and walnuts. They were married 61 years and were active with the Franklin Dance Club and devoted members of St. Bonafice Church.Mom was a very kind, loving, compassionate and generous person who always made one feel welcomed and part of the family.
